This role will provide administrative support for activities relating to documentation for the IT Operations department and collaborate with procurement team to manage fixed assets. Responsibilities also include, reconciliations of periodic documents for the IT Operations department, periodic billing settlement etc. You will be accountable for ensuring all administrative procedures are followed as per the agreed standards and documentation is accurate and easily accessible whenever needed.

IT Asset & Document Management Officer (Contract)

We seek an individual who has knowledge of IT Operations services and common administrative task procedures with good knowledge of Financial Accounting. You will be skilled at vendor management and possess the ability to converse fluently in English and Indonesian. Computer literacy, in particular MS Office skills stand you in good stead.
