This role, reporting in to the Manager Client Service, is responsible for the servicing of clients within Cash Management - Asia. Providing the entry point and first experience for new customers the role of the Client Services Advisor is critical to delivery of new revenue and meeting customer expectations. In addition to this, your services extend to both complex and simple product fulfilment to support sales origination activities including, maintaining detailed records of activities, discussions, and agreed actions to ensure that information is accurate and issues are resolved promptly.

Leveraging the customer service proposition to act as a trusted customer service professional, you will promote the service proposition by ensuring business partners are engaged appropriately, customer requests are actioned within a mutually acceptable time frame, and a proactive approach is taken to servicing clients. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will take it upon yourself to identify opportunities for process improvement, quality in service delivery, customer focus and implement process improvements either at own instigation or at the behest of Quality/Compliance, in line with ANZ’s risk and compliance policies.

Senior Finance Officer for Regulatory Reporting

Qualifications
You must have a prior experience in the Banking Industry and possess a sound knowledge of Bank Indonesia legislations. Ideally, you will be tertiary qualified in Accounting with a sound knowledge of front / back office processes and procedures and accounting practices. Also desirable are your good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to strict timelines.

Client Service Advisor

Qualifications
You display a clear commitment to meet customer expectations with a strong focus on retention and service. You demonstrate the capacity to think laterally along with an ability to adapt to change. Ideally you are tertiary qualified in a related financial services stream with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience and an understanding and technical application of ANZ internal systems and networks and roles/products/services provided by ANZ Cash Management. This combined with excellent relationship building, documentation and project management skills make you the apt candidate for this post.
