EXPORT IMPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE- AM

Code Position: EICSAM
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager - this position is responsible for the management of customer service area for overseas customers ie. Australia, New Zealand, USA, Denmark, Asian countries (i.e Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Middle East countries, etc), Pacific Island countries (i.e Tahiti, New Caledonia, etc) and Local Toll Manufacturing.

This position is also responsible for all Arnott`s Indonesia imported products (custom clearance and trucking to the warehouse)

In summary, this role works closely with cross functional departments and other parties involved in export and import (i.e, customers, forwarder) and responsible to ensure material services are available in the right place at the right time.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree from any disciplines with minimum 2 – 4 year experience in similar position
*
Having knowledge of export-import procedures, such as dealing with shipping line for booking container, trucking arrangement with forwarder, related with PEB, and export document (i.e. SI, P/L, B/L, COO, COH, etc., related with bea cukai) and import procedures (checking required document for import and make sure all document comply with government regulations, i.e. BPOM, Depdag, Dept. Perindustrian, etc.
