Remuneration & Reward Asst Manager

# Remuneration – Creating fair, transparent and best practice pay practices in order to
attract and retain key talent. Includes practices pertaining to pay level management, Job Evaluation, salary benchmarking, increase proposals, linkage of salary to performance and the annual salary increase process.
# HR policies – responsibility for all Remuneration and Benefit policies, research, best practice and management thereof
# Provision of consulting advice and solutions to the HR Generalist team which includes design considerations for new programs, implementation and project plans, change management, interpretation and application of policies and programs
# Key input into People and Culture strategy in attracting and retaining key talent pools, creation and implementation of a Total Reward Framework strategy
