Manufacturing Training Coordinator (Code: MTC)
Summary :
Responsible for overseeing the training program, including the assessment, plan, implementation, facilitation, tracking and day - to – day operations. Ensure that associates have the required tools, knowledge, and skills to perform their jobs. Works with all management and develop a learning culture. Monitors the effectiveness of training.
Responsibilities :
1.
Responsible new employee orientation and training plan.
2.
Work closely and efficiently with all other departments, particularly Human Resources.
3.
Familiarize associates with established training policies, procedures rules and regulations.
4.
Communicate regularly with the training manager to identify training needs and align training with the company strategy
5.
Thoroughly understand and communicate the training program to all personnel inspiring self-development.
6.
Continually follows up with associates to ensure the effectiveness of training programs. Makes modifications to align retraining with developing needs.
7.
Participate in training activities to increase personal skill levels, to improve overall associates.
8.
Schedule blended training opportunities between coaching, mentoring and other training methods.
9.
Maintain and update all required employee paperwork, including filing their training certifications and all other training documentation.
10.
Track training progress and follows up to keep on track, ensure completion of the program in a timely productive manner.
11.
Develop detail task list for each job.
12.
Maintain program for the annual certification of all employees.
Qualifications :
1.
Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
2.
2 – 3 years of similar position preferably have experience as production supervisor.
3.
Strong attention to detail and organization
4.
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities professional and timely manner.
5.
Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization and interpersonal skill.
6.
Self-starter and proactive approach in resolving problems and issues.
7.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
8.
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel. Treat all with dignity and respect. Open and receptive their needs.
9.
Ability to coach team members formally and informally
10.
Ability to effectively present information in clear manner, demonstrate procedures and respond to questions.
11.
Excellence English & Computer literate.
