Cash Management Assistant Manager
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This position is accountable for:
1.
Supervise preparation and verify the payment and cash in flow accurately and in a timely manner
2.
Managing cash on hand included petty cash are administered properly and safety
3.
Responsible for analyses and monitoring Cash advance movement (Disbursement, Settlement and Reconciliation)
4.
Ensure effectiveness of response to all queries from Supplier and other Department concerning cash payment
REQUIREMENTS
*
S1 in accounting with 4-5 years work experience.
*
Two (2) years experience in a full range of treasury functions.
*
Good knowledge of domestic financing and banking rules and regulations
*
Ability to focus on detail, high speed and accurate/precise
*
Good interpersonal skills
*
Ability to sustain long periods of pressure in order to meet deadlines.
*
Task orientation required to meet deadlines.
*
Good oral and written communication skills.
*
Knowledge in computer operating systems (SAP, Microsoft Office)
