SOFTWARE SALES SPECIALIST - TIVOLI

(POSITION CODE: SWG - 0251061)

Responsibilities:
*
Employees in this role responsible for selling IBM software particularly TIVOLI brand.
*
Responsible for closing the sale and winning customer’s satisfaction with the engagement and offerings.
*
Maintain an understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools in specialty, and uses them when assigned to specialty specific opportunities or territories to conduct all phases of the sales cycle.
*
Responsible for revenue (sell to, sell with and/or sell through), market share, and customer satisfaction on assigned accounts.

Desired Candidate:

*
Minimum of Bachelor Degree from any background.
*
Minimum of 5 years working experience with 3 years of working experience related to I/T industry particularly in software.
*
Working experience in a dynamic working environment.
*
High drive towards achievement.
*
Knowledge of TIVOLI will be an advantage.
*
Proficient level for English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

CLIENT SATISFACTION ADVOCATE

Responsibilities:

*
Employees in this role responsible for coordinating Client Satisfaction program within country that improve client’s satisfaction.
*
Promote execution of Client Satisfaction best practices, i.e. Set/Met, Closed out call, Integrated Client Health Check.
*
Analyse Client Satisfaction feedback and assist sales management to identify pervasive issues that impact our client’s satisfaction.
*
Share current information and trends with country’s management using global Client Satisfaction Analytical tools.
*
Collaborate with client’s team using summary and detailed analysis to prioritize actions.

Desired Candidate:

*
Minimum of Bachelor Degree from any background.
*
Minimum of 5 years working experience related to I/T industry particularly sales support and delivery projects.
*
Good in establishing relationship and communicate effectively at all levels.
*
Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation.
*
Good communication and presentation skill.
*
Team player.
*
Proficient level for English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
