Supply Chain Analyst

The role of Supply Chain Analyst is to provide regular sales and operations planning report including the customer service report and analysis that related to sales and operations planning process. The role will involve performance review and reporting on existing sales and operations planning process (demand, supply, inventory, and customer service) and highlighting any opportunities or risk to senior management. As the candidate in this position, your scope of responsibilities would cover also the following:

Providing customer service report for management (DIFOTAI, Demand and Supply performance)
*
Analyzing and interpreting demand and supply planning data (MPS, DRP, MRP, and Inventory) and performing miss analysis to highlight any opportunities or risk to senior management.

Providing analytical support for sales and operations planning activities by performing:
*
Data collection and validation
*
Spend analysis
*
Feasibility analysis
*
Cost / benefit analysis
*
Process analysis
*
Working together with demand and supply team, to develop, implement, monitor and report sales and operations planning performance measures that demonstrate value to the business
*
Acquiring and maintaining the skills and knowledge related to competent job performance
*
Actively participating and contributing to the achievement of team goal and a collaborative environment
*
Demonstrating support and application of the CCBI value within the work environment

To success in taking the aforementioned challenges, you are expected to present the following qualifications:

*
Holding minimum Bachelor degree (S1) preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistic or Economy from well-known institution
*
Having at least 3 years in FMCG experience in supply planning activities with at least 1 year as CCBI Operation Planner
*
Posses a good communications skill both verbal and written in English and Bahasa.
*
Demonstrate flexibility in a demanding and rapidly changing environment
*
Having a good understanding on supply planning activities and S&OP business processes and any relevant business processes
*
Deep understanding of key supply chain concepts (e.g. inventory concepts, key replenishment parameters, capacity constraints, etc)
*
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
*
Ability to think tactically and strategically
*
Understanding of end to end supply chain functional areas
*
Extensive experience with MS Excel, Access, Word & PowerPoint
*
Ability to analyze complex processes and communicate findings
*
Familiarity with SCOR, Six Sigma, Lean principles
*
Highly motivated and independent
