Job Description
Supervise various financial subsidiaries to outperform their peers. Develop synergy between the holding company and the subsidiaries. Implement business initiatives to the subsidiaries. Provide top management of holding company with financial advisory, business analysis, capital restructuring, financial modeling, business valuations and investment analysis. Analyze the business/ financial proposals to meet specific needs.
Requirements
* Having Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce from reputable local or overseas university
* Having knowledge in corporate finance, business valuations, investment management, capital restructuring
* Having at least 3-6 years of relevant experience in banking, securities, insurance, multi finance, investment management, financial advisory
* Strong interpersonal & communication skills in Indonesian and English
* Highly-analytical and detail-oriented;
* Smart and highly-motivated;
* Strong leadership, result oriented, hard worker and be able to work under pressure
