Senior Finance Officer
Major Responsibilities
The role would require you to understand Group reporting requirement (monthly/quarterly/semi annually/annually) and review and perform analytical review to be able to give reason on the fluctuation. You would also require to be responsible to gather and review data from other departments and comprehend comment on major items as needed with deep understanding on business transactions and with an ability to dig through the numbers to get the source transactions for analytical review purposes.
The job holder would also need to proactively inform related BU (provide support to BU) on the transactions recording processes to prevent hiccups that may occur with advanced understanding on the numbers. Additionally the role would expect you to change function from reporter to business partner of BU where you proactively would have to seek information to BU whether there’s a need to change/have additional report to support their activity.
Mandatory Skills
You would need to possess comprehensive understanding on the source transactions to be able to analyze data to support analytical review with other department’s raw data for group reporting to ensure its correctness and provide solutions to issues. Tertiary degree in Accounting with sound knowledge of front/back office processes/procedures and accounting practices would be advantageous. Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, good analytical and problem solving skills, good time management with reconciliation skills and computer literacy is also essential.

Finance Manager
Major Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to progress their banking skills in the exciting industry of finance. You will lead a high performing team, your prime focus and unadulterated desire being, service of the highest quality to customers and stakeholders.
In conjunction with the GM, COO and respective LOB heads, you will also take on the responsibility of providing timely and accurate Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Analysis, including the timely preparation and submission of management information and reports by maintaining a high level of efficiency in compliance with Group Accounting practices and local statutory reporting standards. In addition to this, you will report to Head of Finance and manage group financial systems (e.g. Hyperion) ensuring data integrity. As part of Risk management, you will ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with ANZ policy and procedural requirements. As such you will be required to have a thorough understanding of and compliance with internal policy and procedural requirements as well as statutory/regulatory bodies.
Mandatory Skills
Ideally, you will be tertiary qualified with an excellent knowledge of tax regulations, exchange, interbank and money market transactions. Good communication skills with more than 5 years of experiences and a strong desire to be part of a customer focused service environment are pre-requisites for this post.
