Personnel Administration
Responsibilities :
Assist Section Manager to proceed payment of : salary, tax, insurance, fringe benefits
Coordinate the team to execute daily general administration, service activities include expatriate matter
Requirement :
S1 / DIII graduate from accounting, management, secretary ( only Tarakanita ), social science with GPA min. 2,75
Experience as Personnel Admin / HRD Staff
Have exeprience to proceed pay roll, tax, insurance
High motivation, hard worker, internal driven, and self improvement
HRD Officer
Responsibilities :
Under Human Resources Manager will coordinate or administer various aspects of the recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programmes. Perform many of individual HR functions.
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Law, Social Science, Education, from reputable university
Experience maximum 2 years as internal trainer or HRD / GA / Personnel Staff
High motivation and internal driven, self improvement
Work location at Factory Cikarang
