QUALIFICATION:
§ Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in HR Management, Psychology, or Law
§ 5 years related experience
§ Experience in handling mass number of employees
§ Ability to formulate and implement HR strategy & policies to drive performance
§ Having HR SAP background
§ Having Government Regulation knowledge
§ Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
