COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT HEAD

Requirements:

1.

Responsible to ensure the strategy and implementation of compensation & benefit program inline with HR strategy and company’s strategy, including maintain salary survey and reward management



Qualifications :

l Have experience minimum 8 years in compensation and benefit area in banking industry

l Good knowledge of manpower regulation and other related regulations

l Must have strong analytical skill and able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner.

l Has ability to liaise with people from all levels

l Fluent in both written and spoken English

Membuat konsep Surat Edaran dan Kebijakan Operasional

Melakukan review Kebijakan dan Prosedur Operasional yang berlaku
*
Membuat flowchart Prosedur Operasional

Kualifikasi :

*
Pendidikan minimal S1
*
Mengerti prosedur perbankan secara umum
*
Mempunyai pengalaman kurang lebih 2 tahun dalam membuat prosedur operasional perbankan
*
Mampu menggunakan aplikasi komputer (microsoft word, excel, visio, dsb)
