PRODUCTION MANAGER (CODE: PM)

Job Description :

Daily monitoring, analyze defects trends, and initiate counter measures to achieve productivity and product quality

Job Qualification :

*
Male, minimum 30 years old
*
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Food Technology)
*
Having 5 – 8 years experience at managerial level in food manufacturing industry
*
Mastering all aspects of production and post-production management
*
Having excellent knowledge and skill in mechanic or electric field
*
Strong leadership, positive, strategic-minded, and excellent communication skills
*
Fluent in Mandarin language is preferred
*
Willing to be placed in Karawang – West Java and Sidoarjo – East Java

GROUP BRAND MANAGER (CODE: GBM)

Job Description :

* Manage and coordinate all activities in marketing and brand management

Job Qualification :

*
Male / female, maximum 35 years old
*
Minimum Bachelor Degree from a recognized university, preferably in Business/ Marketing Management
*
Having minimum 7 – 10 years of relevant experience and minimal 5 years in managerial level
*
Having strong leadership and excellent knowledge in marketing and brand management
*
Having good interpersonal and communication skill
*
Fluent in Mandarin language is preferred
*
Willing to be placed in Jakarta
