* At last 2 years experience in handling secretary and communication with third parties
* Fluent in English written and verbal communications

* Responsible for secretariat matters and communication with other parties
* Responsible for monitor all the news and giving opinion to BOD

Qualifications :

* Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in law
* Minimum 5 years experience as GA manager, 10 years in HRD field
* Expert in Legal matters, reviewing and drafting contract to support whole company business
* Expert in formalities matters
* Familiar with employee relation policy, procedures, Jamsostek,
* payroll law enforcement recruitment & man power regulation, processing company’s business license and maintaining company’s asset.
* Having experience in Taxation is a must
* Knowledge of personality and able to motivate team
* Outstanding problem solving skill, decision making and negotiation skill
* Strong in communication & interpersonal skill and ability to interact with people at all level
* Has integrity, strong leadership, self-motivated, multi-tasking person, and command in decision making
* Having experience in developing company benefit and compensations policies and procedures and recommending changes and revisions
* Proven high computer skill

Qualifications :

* Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in law from a reputable university
* Having 10 years exposure in reputable law firm or in legal department of multinational companies
* High proficiency in English (verbal and written)
* Sound understanding of Corporate law commercial law and contract laws
* Good Knowledge in court proceeding laws
* Preferably having expose in financial market business
* Male/Female, between 30-40 years old


Qualifications :

* Min Bachelor Degree (S1) graduated in Accounting
* At last 5 years experience in handling financial reporting
* Sound knowledge of accounting system, budgeting and financial implementation controlling and financial statement analysis, tax planning and reporting (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 4.2 and Annual Tax report) and good knowledge of tax regulation
* Responsible for full sets of accounts
* Ensure timely financial and management reports
* Financial analysis, forecast and budgetary control
* Review the accounting process and manage internal control in line with statutory requirements
* Assist management in other financial matters
* Mature and independence in solving problem
* Team work attitude with good interpersonal skill
* Male/Female, between 30 – 40 years old.
