HR Manager, Indonesia, Jakarta


Being the HR business partner to our Country Management and their team in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the strategic business plan process for Indonesia from an HR perspective.

• Create a mid- to long-term staffing strategy that delivers into future business needs.

• Manage the recruitment process and HR support for positions up to management level (in alignment with the Head of HR).

• Analyze the required current and future competencies of the organization as well as initiate and drive the relevant actions accordingly incl. Training & Development tools, processes and concepts.

• Support Line Management to continuously improve the performance of the team.

• Run the local pay-roll and manage salary adjustments and promotions.

• Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and that adidas Group HR standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented.

• Be the first point of contact for expatriates located in Indonesia.

• Keep current on local laws and regulations and ensure that internal policies conform to them and are competitive.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent presentation & effective communication skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Fluent in English (written and oral)

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deal effectively with change

• Strong influencing skills
• Excellent MS-Office skills are required; SAP HR experience is a plus

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in Business Administrations, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of solid HR Management working experience in an international context
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, people-oriented and excellent team player

• Experience working closely with senior leaders
