Duties and Responsibilities :
* Ensure proper execution trade activities in area
* Lead, coach and develop sales forces to implement the channel and customer plans and achieve the desired in store conditions and sales objectives at the store level
* Manage distributors operations
* Recruit new customers and maintain the current non key customers

With the requirement as follows :

A Degree (S1) holder in any discipline
1-2 years esperience in Sales
Fluency in English
Willing to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia
Sales driven, Outgoing personality, Charming, Creative and Open Minded
Strong Communication and Selling Skills
Able to use Microsoft Office programs
Some exposure in sales would be an advantage
