Customer Service – Order Processing (Temporary 3 months)
Requirements:
*
Min. bachelor form any discipline. Preferably form Business Administration or Economics.
*
1-2 years experience in Sales and Customer Service Administration.
*
Having knowledge in Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) Sales and Customer Service.
*
Has experience in handling administration, customer service, order processing and inventory.
*
Having capability to process return-orders and create new orders in SAP.
*
Having good capability in operating SAP.
*
Familiar with computer application (Microsoft Office).
CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST - Temporary 3 months
Requirements:
*
Min. bachelor degree from Management or Industrial Engineering.
*
Having knowledge in Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) Sales and Customer Service.
*
Having strong knowledge and capability in Customer Service business flow such as order processing; distribution; return-order process; Credit Note (CN) processing and invoicing.
*
At least 2 years working experience in area of Customer Service especially in order processing and distribution environment.
*
Computer literacy, especially MS Application and SAP.
