LIABILITY DOCUMENTATION UNIT HEAD

Is looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated persons to fill the following positions for its expanding banking operation:

LIABILITY DOCUMENTATION UNIT HEAD
(LDU)

Key Responsibilities:

*
Supervise process of document receiving and filling to ensure document are receive and filed properly
*
Supervise process of document released/borrowed to ensure in-out document are monitored properly
*
Supervise process printing, enveloping and delivery of customer statement
*
Supervise complaint handling and investigation
*
Supervise audit confirmation request to ensure that Bank provides correct information
*
Supervise delivery process and complaint handling of CBA Singapore’s mail
*
Provide Liability Documentation Unit Report

Required Qualifications and Skills:

*
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
*
Minimum of 3 (three) years experience in supervising team
*
Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
*
Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure
*
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
*
High degree of integrity and accurate
*
Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English is a must
