3. Experiences in similar area min. 2 years
4.Hands on training need analysis-evaluation & its applications
5. Excellent in setting up & delivering training modules
6. Good presentation skill in motivational pace
7. Strong knowledge in training methodology
8. Self-driven and resilient
9. Excellent interpersonal skill & team player
10. Computer literate ( Microsoft office & windows )
