Sales Manager Cards Premier
Major Responsibilities
The role would expect you to develop and implement programs to expand card sales, with the aim of building business volume of secured cards and gaining a significant share in the Indonesia premier market.
Mandatory Skills
You would be required to possess a Bachelor degree having minimum of 5 years of experience in leading sales team and a solid understanding & knowledge of Cards industry with established network. Excellent analytical skill with communication skills (writing and speaking) in both English and Bahasa Indonesia would be the mandatory requirements. You would be required to possess leadership skills including ability to speak confidently in public while developing competitive program to motivate sales force in conjunction with cards growth and maintain number of new cards acquired per month as well as number of sales team. Development of a competitive sales incentive program in order to motivate and to get more qualified sales forces from variable sources would be preferred.
Sales Manager Cards – Mass Affluent
Major Responsibilities
The role would expect you to develop and implement programs for the successful acquisition of new card holders, with the aim of building business volume of secured cards and gaining a significant share in the Indonesia mass market.
Mandatory Skills
You would be required to possess a Bachelor degree having minimum of 5 years of experience in leading sales team and a solid understanding & knowledge of Cards industry with established network. Excellent analytical skill with communication skills (writing and speaking) in both English and Bahasa Indonesia would be the mandatory requirements. Head of Card Sales - Affluent and High Worth
Major Responsibilities
The role would expect you to manage and co-ordinate the Cards sales affluent and High Net Worth function in Indonesia with the aim to build business volumes of secured Cards and gain a significant share through sales in particular segments of the Indonesia market (premier, corporate and mass affluent).
Mandatory Skills
A relevant tertiary qualification that would draw upon a range of skills and knowledge learnt and relevant to addressing challenges facing the Cards business and sound experience in managing Cards sales with a strong knowledge of secured credit cards would be the mandatory requirements. You would also require possessing a strong knowledge of Indonesian market while demonstrating strong initiative and drive that can be applied to a whole range of new and unexpected problems confronted in building the Cards business. You would also require to possess strong project management skills used in the planning and implementation of product development initiatives and product campaigns with a strong degree of perseverance and adaptability in order to overcome obstacles, set high standards performance and achieve business targets. You would have to exhibits particularly strong people management skills that can be used in focusing, motivating and developing the Cards team with well definition and demonstrated negotiation and communications skills. You would need to be persuading, motivating and influencing key card resources and business contacts while willingly introduce new initiatives and a continuous improvement ethos in the Cards business that will drive high quality work and a strong customer service environment.
