RECEPTIONIST (CONTRACT)
We are currently looking for a Receptionist (Contract) where the
responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

To ensure all customer needs are met in friendly and courteous manner and provide excellent customer service to customer visiting the Bank Chamber
*
Administrative matter are completed according to agreed requirements for quality, timeliness and service
*
Receive inward telephone calls and transfer them to, or take message for, the recipient accurately and provide professional, efficient, accurate and timely support as required to enable line managers to meet agreed service standards
Qualifications:
*
Minimum Diploma Graduate
*
Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
*
Planning and organizing skills
*
Computer literacy, especially MS Word
*
Good command in English, especially verbal
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist (Contract) where the responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
*
Initiate recruitment strategy to attract and retain qualified candidates
*
Develop effective practices to facilitate hiring process, identification and placement of qualified applicants
*
Analyze recruitment plan and identify various sources to search qualified candidates and facilitate hiring process, identification and placement of qualified candidate
*
Recruit right candidate and place the candidate in the right position
*
You are required to involve in placement process like conducting the reference checks, negotiating with the candidate, ensuring the offer letters and other documentation required for the new entrants are in place
Qualifications:
*
2 — 4 years experience in recruitment, most preferably in banking
*
Bachelor degree in any field
*
Has good interview skills, strong negotiation, and strong knowledge of banking business
*
Mature, assertive, and has good management skills
*
Result oriented, good initiative and can work under pressure
