International Service & Treasury Operations Division Head
Responsibilities:
*
Developing and maintaining the strategies plan that outlines International Services and Treasury Operational activities requested to support the business line strategies
*
Guiding and directing members of group management in the team
*
Directing all activities of the International Services and Treasury Operational to achieve the budget, performance and effectiveness of the operational group
*
Develop and maintain a plan the activities of the related functions, establish policies to ensure adequate management and succession
*
Direct the development and installation of related operational procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the Group
Requirements:
*
Minimum 12-15 years banking experience including management positions with managerial experience in operation fields; 5 years of experience at the same position
*
Good knowledge of the functions of bank departments
*
Good understanding a polices off the operational Risk
*
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline from reputable university
*
Strong technical and operational knowledge.
*
Good knowledge of bank policies and procedures
*
Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage projects.
*
Male or Female, age 35 - 40 years old

Treasury Operations Department Head
Responsibilities:
*
Gather areas of improvement and provide to management efficiency opportunities at Treasury Operations Department
*
Evaluate products and the implementation into the treasury operational process
*
Develop policies, procedures, and control structures at Treasury Operations Department
*
Identify and assess operational risks and necessary system changes to support new products
Requirements:
*
Minimum 10 years experience at banking industry; 3 years of experience at the same position
*
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline from reputable university
*
Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage projects.
*
Male or Female, age 30 - 35 years old
