RESOURCE & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Position : Resource & People Development Manager
Report to : Sr. HR Manager
Sex : Male / Female
Age : 30 – 35 years old
Brief outline of the position :
*
Responsible for recruitment process (interviewing, testing and selecting candidates)
*
Completion of reports on employment activity and orientation of new employees
*
To develop the careers of excellent employees
*
To develop and deliver designated training program
*
To manage and deliver trainings
Main Responsibilities :
*
Conduct company training needs analysis
*
Design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning and development and training programmes
*
Design and implement assessment and evaluation tools
*
Conduct training follow-up
*
Design and implement people development programs for competencies enhancement Refurnish, equip and manage a training centre
*
Design and implement training management information systems
*
Design and implement training policies and processes
*
Lead and manage team members for Training matters
Qualifications :
*
Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Education or Psychology or Training and Development is advantages
*
At least 3 years of related experience position
*
Extensive knowledge of human resources policy and procedure and Government laws regarding employment practices required
*
Ability to speak effectively in interpersonal situations
*
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
*
Managed a learning and development or training section
*
Proven abilities in designing, developing, delivering and evaluating learning and development and training programmes
*
Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of the team
*
Proven track record in people development
*
Proven administrative abilities
