Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible to manage and develop existing relationship, assist and advice for Institutional Fund Services clients on services issues related to our operations, coordinate effectively with Commercial Banking, Corporate, Investment Banking & Market, Payment & Cash Management, Global Markets, etc to maintain service standards/develop value added services
Requirements:
*
Hold a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university
*
Has minimum 3 years experience as an executive including client relationship experience coupled with exposure to a general operational area to provide knowledge of process flows/operational risks
*
Has experience in securities/mutual funds related functions would be an advantage
*
Have good interpersonal, communication skills with confidence in dealing with people from diverse cultures
*
Flexible with a well developed approach to problem solving
*
Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
*
Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
*
Has a strong drive to succeed
*
Demonstrate high degree of integrity
