Community Relation Officer (CRO)
Key Duties:
This role will report directly to Corporate Affairs and Planning Manager. This role is responsible for formulating, developing and maintaining a community and public relations capability to ensure that company’s CSR programs are beneficial to both community and company (start from Cikarang Mill and can be expanded to other offices when necessary). This role will also oversee the security operations at the Cikarang Mill. This role will be based at the Cikarang Mill. This role will act as the ambassador of the company to the local government, communities and enforcement.
Requirements:
· Min Bachelor Degree in legal or management.
· Having minimum 3 years experience in Community Relation in multi national company.
· Strong communication ability, both in oral and written.
· Strong leadership. good analytical skill and creativity, pressure persistent and adaptable.
· Willing to be located at Cikarang Area
Demand Planner (Code: DP)
Key duties:
This role will be accountable for managing customer demand, forecasting and delivery of Kimberly Clark Indonesia product. This role is also accountable for driving and ensuring consistency implementation of sales and operation planning processes.
Requirements:
· Min. Bachelor degree in any field.
· Min. 4 years experience in demand planning and forecasting preferably from FMCG company.
· Familiarity with ERP modules preferably SAP is a plus.
· Excellent computer skill, demonstrated proficeincy with common software applications is a must as well as presentation technique and negotiation skill.
· Good command of English for both verbal and written.
· Good analytical skills, well-organized, able to draw well-reasoned conclusions from complex data.
· Excellent communications, problem-solving skills, attention to details, and ability to work effectively in a team and high quality of interpersonal and integrity.
· Demonstrated capability to manage a high quality, efficient and cost effective processes.
