SUPERVISOR IMPORT CHECKER (Job Code: CBA-08)

Responsibilities:

The jobholder is responsible to process inward DC bills and import loans, record bill details in system accurately within turnaround time and prepare rejection telex as appropriate as well as maintaining relationship with existing customers across IMO branches.

Requirements:

Hold a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university
*
Has minimum 3 years experience in Trade Operation
*
Possess knowledge of UCP600, ISBP, URC522 & URR525
*
Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
*
Has pleasant personality and able to work with team

Demonstrate high degree of integrity

ASSISTANT MANAGER COMPANY ACQUISITION (Job Code: PFS-08)

Responsibilities:

The jobholder is responsible to follow up leads delegated by Manager Company Acquisition and conduct joint visits and presentation to potential CMB and SME payroll clients, deliver the complete payroll product proposition which include in depth knowledge on company and employees offering/benefit as well as migration process.

Responsibilities:

The jobholder is responsible to perform reconciliation between Banks’ book against Statements form other banks, by: review data correctness prior uploading to the system, advise the position to relevant departments, matching reconciliation items, trace, and monitor outstanding items and end-of-day closing.

Responsibilities:

The jobholder is responsible to process new DC applications, provide guidance to customers on the appropriate DC format, as well as to maintain relationship of existing customers and potential customers by selling Trade Product.
