Responsibilities:
* Providing engineering and maintenance services to ensure full availability of the production facilities, to cost, quality, time, safety and integrity standards;
* Planning and carrying out of engineering projects connected to modification and upgrading of facilities, processes and equipment;
* Designing and implementing preventative maintenance plans for all operating facilities;
* Providing technical advise and support to the plant especially with regard to improving operational efficiency and engineering out operating hazard and risks;
* Planning and carrying out of minor engineering projects connected to modification and upgrading of facilities, processes and equipment;
* Ensuring compliance to statutory requirements on pressure vessels, stamping by Weights and Measures, calibration, local oil industry and Controller of Explosives’ norms etc;
* Ensuring that HSSE standards are not only met but also cascaded down to the deepest levels of the contractor/supplier organisation.
Requirements:
* Engineering graduate qualification in either Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation or Electrical discipline. A mechanical and/or electrical engineering background would be preferred;
* Must be a MOM Registered Safety Officer;
* At least 5 years engineering experience;
* Knowledge of dealing with local and overseas suppliers’ and construction safety standards and practices would be an added advantage;
* Authorisation to work in Singapore is required for this position.
Location: North, Singapore
Responsibilities:
* Production Planner is accountable for the efficient and effective planning of the North Woodlands Lubricants Operation Blending Plant within the 4-week time horizon;
* Production Planner will also be directly responsible for the construction and management of the production plan in the short term and ensuring the integration with the Sales & Operating Plan;
* Production Planner must ensure that the local production plan meets the defined supply requirements to satisfy both local sales and network supply requirements;
* Responsible for management of trade off decisions in the short term at local level (e.g. line prioritization of orders due to component delivery failure) and implementation of production change requirements as a result of deployment planning requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business/Supply Chain Management/ Engineering;
* Minimum 3 years working experience in similar role, capacity or industry;
* Knowledge in SAP, APO, BW and MS Excel would be advantageous;
* Authorisation to work in Singapore is required.
