TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum Diploma in IT/Computer Science
* At least 2 years of working experience as IT first line helpdesk
COMPETENCIES
* Working knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, computers, printers, scanners, PABX and other IT peripherals
* Working knowledge of WAN and LAN technology and implementation
* Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
* Prepare to work in a fast-paced environment
* Preferably domicile in Yogyakarta
JOB SCOPE
* To provide helpdesk support for all users in Yogyakarta office
