Bachelor degree for Asst Manager, Bachelor degree or Diploma degree for Staff from well known University / college, majoring in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering
*
Technical material knowledge, Manufacturing process knowledge, Production Planning/control knowledge
*
Computer Literate, good interpersonal and communication skill in English
*
Self motivated, tough, honest and able to work in team and under pressure
