ENGINEERING MANAGER (Code: EM)

Job Accountabilities :

*
Provide engineering support to maintain a high level of uptime and
product quality output on equipment, which allows the plant to meet production, schedules and meets or exceeds company standards.
*
Maintain equipment efficiency to keep energy cost as low as possible.
*
Ensure that equipment is repaired properly to keep parts and engineering materials costs low.
*
Achieve a high level of manpower efficiency through training and motivation to keep labor costs as low as possible.
*
Provide a cost control system for capital projects to ensure that budgets are not exceeded.
*
Provide proper direction to ensure that equipment installation and modification schedules are met.
*
Ensure that all safety, industrial health, environmental, and housekeeping practices are adhered to in order to avoid problems with governmental agencies as well as corporate standards and procedures.
*
Provide full involvement of all associates in common plant objectives of quality and productivity via sound associate relation practices and communications programs.
*
Provide training for management development of engineering personnel.

Job Requirement :

*
Min Bachelor Degree with Majoring Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
*
Min 5 Years experience as Engineering / Maintenance Manager
*
Depth knowledge of Engineering & Maintenance Management Principal
*
Excellence in both interpersonal skills and communication skills
*
Strong analytical capability
*
Understand and could work on the technical subject directly in case of critical situation
*
High integrity, excellent communication, broad minded.
*
Good leadership skills.
*
Fluent in English & computer literate

Pricing Manager (Code: PRM)

Job Accountabilities:

* The incumbent has to plan, design, obtain consent from senior management and implement Goodyear’s strategic price optimization and general price increases programs, customer targeted price and profitability repair programs, combined with fees and value added services trade-offs, with the objective of improving yield and influencing market behavior.
* The incumbent have to provide timely and accurate analysis of Goodyear’s door to door profit, cost and price positions in order to ensure senior management is fully informed and to assist in the business planning process. Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to grow the business.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Business / Finance from reputable university
* Experiences at least 5 years with relevant experience in pricing, product management and/or finance.
* Ability to develop and implement standardized process
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills
* Drives to meet commitments and deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong bias for action, positive attitude, self-starter
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* High level of technical competency, computer literacy and good knowledge of windows and MS Office
* Generally understands basic supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation and disciplinary action
