TRAINING COORDINATOR (TC)
As a member of Human Resource Department team, you will be responsible in handling all training and development related activities for the whole bank as well as liaising with senior management personnel in order to understand users’ needs.
Requirements:

Similar experience in banking industry for at least 5 years.

Familiar with Corporate banking business processes and products.
*
Bachelor degree holder.
*
Fluent in English, both spoken and written (min. TOEIC score equiv. 700 or TOEFL of min. 550).
*
Posses the service attitude.
*
Strong team leadership.
*
High achievers (performance oriented).
*
Good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
*
Possess high sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity.
