Responsibilities:
* Monitor engineering and maintenance performance in his/her area of responsibility
* Implement engineering and maintenance plans based on agreed T&R targets
* Implement engineering processes and services to adhere with HSS and environmental standards as set by the Group and regulatory agencies
* Liase with Sales & Ops at a local level on escalation issues
Requirements:
* Mechanical Engineering Degree from a reputable university
* Evidence of Project Management, Vendor and Contractor Management experience
* Past maintenance experience, preferably within manufacturing / engineering service company
* Safety and Quality experience
* Willing to travel extensively within territory
* Good teamwork and computer skills
* Good analytical, negotiation, and advisory skills
* Proactive and result oriented
* Has attention to details
