Responsibilities:
· Review and comment Basic Engineering Package
· Review and comment on code and standards
· Soil investigation Topho Map Survey, overall layout review and comment
· Sewer & drainage network review
· Building master plan review and comment
· Building steel structure, civil foundation detail design review and comment base on
EPC contractor’s products
· Field construction supervision and preparation punch list for good quality and
operational ability
· Quality and safety plan review and monitoring construction quality with safety
Job Qualifications:
· More than 10 years experience in Engineering company as Civil / Structure / Architecture
Manager
· Well experience design engineering, purchasing and construction supervision
· BS degree in Civil / Structure Engineering or Architecture Engineering
· English / Mandarin (advantage)
PIPING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
* Review and comment piping classification with code and standards
* Review and comment basic engineering package provided by technology provider
* Review and comment detail engineering products prepared by EPC contractor (piping route, piping arrangement, drawing, piping isometric)
* Review and comment, piping materials, purchasing, approval documents which provided by EPC contractor
* Supervising field piping work
* Review and comment piping quality control plan with welding procedure
* Supervising pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with EPC contractor
Job Qualifications:
· More than 10 years experience in Engineering company as Piping Manager
· Well experience in design purchasing and construction supervision activities
· BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
· English / Mandarin (advantage)
INSTRUMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
* Review instrument conceptual design and configuration
* Review and comment detail engineering with EPC contractors products such as instrument data sheet, instrument schedule
* Review instrument equipment (DCS, PLC Local Panel Control Valve, Safety valve)
* Purchase order Review and comment instrument layout design
* Process sequence and interlock diagram review and approval
* Supervise field construction activities with EPC contractors
* Quality assurance, safety plan review and comment
Job Qualifications:
* More than 15 years experience in Engineering company as Project Coordinator or Project Manager
* Well understand Bio Ethanol and or similar process technology EPC Lump Sum Management experience more than 50M USD
* BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Bio Technology
* English / Mandarin (advantage)
LOGISTIC MANAGER
Responsibilities :
· Overall review and comment logistic survey based on 3rd party report
· Overall manage logistic study for preliminary design and/or conceptual design for the project
1. Raw material handling
2. Chemical/bio-catalyst handling
3. Product’s handling
4. Plant storage tank
5. Plant storage area
· Review logistic cost and prepared optimum logistic configuration and also suggested option operation logistic as long term basis
· Import/export license review and monitoring
Job Qualifications:
· More than 10 years experience in logistic company or engineering company as Logistic Manager
· Well experience logistic survey and import/export licensing area
· BS degree in Industrial Engineering or import/export
· English / Mandarin (advantage)
PROJECT MANAGER or PROJECT DIRECTOR or DEPUTY
Responsibilities:
* Overall PROJECT Coordination and Execution with EPC Contract and, or Technology provider
* Monitoring Engineering, Purchasing, Construction progress and scheduling check based on EPC contract
* Overall PROJECT budget control and monitoring and also preparing monthly report to management
* Follow up Government, Authority application and Approval activities
Job Qualifications:
* More than 15 years experience in Engineering company as Project Coordinator or Project Manager
* Well understand Bio Ethanol and or similar process technology
* EPC Lump Sum Management experience more than 50M USD
* BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Bio Technology
* English / Mandarin (advantage)

* Prepared and reviewed preliminary Design Package
* Process technology evaluation and analysis
* Basic Design Package review and approval with screen meeting
* Detail Design review and approval with EPC contractor
* Field operation punch preparation and pre commissioning and commissioning execution with EPC contractor
* Process Performance Test and commercial operation execute with Technology provider
Job Qualifications:
· More than 10 years experience in Engineering company as Process Manager
· Well execute process design and engineering coordination for the Project
· Well experience Bio Technology and renewable energy or similar project
· Chemical Engineering or Bio Technology
· English / Mandarin (advantage)
MECHANICAL MANAGER
Responsibilities:
· Basic Design Package Equipment data sheet review and approval
· Review international code and standards
· Review mechanical strength calculation base on EPC contractor’s detail design
· Review and approval welding procedure and quality assurance plan on supplier’s
· Check and review vendor print with EPC contractor
· Inspection and expediting as witnesses
· Field Erection check and spare part review and approval
Job Qualifications:
· More than 10 years experience in Engineering company as Mechanical Manager
· Well Experience in Mechanical Design, Purchasing, and Construction supervision
· BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
· English / Mandarin (advantage)
ELECTRICAL MANAGER
Responsibilities:
· Basic Design review with technical screening meeting
· Review single line diagram and hazardous area classification
· Review and comment detail design in electrical equipment and cable and wire sizing
· Operation sequence and logic check in electrical design
· Set up emergency power requirement
· Supervision field construction activities with EPC contractor
· Quality assurance plan and safety plan review and comment with EPC contractor

· More than 10 years experience in Engineering company as Electrical Manager
· Well experience design engineering, purchasing and construction supervision
· BS degree in electrical engineering
