ENGINEERING – PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT TECHNOLOGIST
Objectives:
To ensure performance improvement on Engineering and stress on maintenance and utility aspects.
To prepare & coordinate trainings to Technicians, Team Leaders, and Core Team.
by conducting improvements plans in term of technical aspect, technological, Key Performance Indicator, Quality system (Qualass, SAP, and HACCP).
To Preparati, delivering and coordinating of training, and maintain continuous improvement in coordination with Technician, Team Leader, Training, and Core Team.
Responsibility:
*
To analysis Key Performance Indicator (KPI) on monthly basis, as a tool key point to do improvements
*
To conduct improvement plans in term of technical aspects, technological, Quality System (Qualass, SAP, HACCP, ISO)
*
To assist Pillar Leaders of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to overcome the losses by using TPM way
*
To do action plans in a structural way to overcome the problem
*
To assist in analyzing training needs of each engineering personnel, to organize and conduct training in engineering aspect and prepare evaluation report
*
To assist Core Team in preparing, maintaining and updating the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Work Location:
Tangerang.
Requirements:
*
Minimum D3 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from reputable academic institution
*
Min. 3 years of solid experience, preferably from food or beverages manufacturing
*
Hands-on experience in production line
*
Capable in designing & conducting training
*
Good command of English, spoken and written (reporting)
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS)
Responsibility:
*
Ensuring the quality of Human Resources Services & deliverables.
*
Handling all the operational activities of Human Resources at the Head Office level.
*
Coordinating with Personnel Managers concerning the manpower management at the factory level.
Requirements:
*
S1 degree, preferably majoring in Law or other relevant background.
*
Minimum 2 (two) years experience in Human Resources.
*
Having experienced in the Industrial Relations aspect will be an advantage.
*
Familiar with Manpower Regulation.
*
Comprehensive understanding of all Human Resources function.
*
Good communication skills.
*
Customer-oriented minded and performance-driven.
*
Proficient in English, both oral and written.
*
Computer literate.
