HR Data Analyst (Code : HRS-DA)


Analyze HR data, metrics & ratio and measure its performance of all HR function by providing reliable report/information to senior management as a basis of sound in decision making
l Bachelor Degree in Economic
l Minimum 2 year experience as data analyst in Human Resources Area
l Fluent in both written and spoken English
l Must have strong analytical skill and able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner.
l Has an eye for detail and ability to liaise with people from all levels
l Fast learner with creative thinking, hard worker and proactive attitude
l Excellent communication and writing skill
l Expert in Microsoft Office applications especially in spread sheet and graphical approach

HR Management Service (Code : HRS-MS)


Handle daily HR administration and general services activities including transfers, promotions and relocations to support line management in their operation

l Bachelor Degree
l Fresh Graduate with GPA min.3.25 from reputable university, preferable have minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources Area
l Good command in English, both verbal and written
l Fast learner, hard worker and able to work under pressure
l IT proficiency with experience in Microsoft Office applications
l Able to perform multi tasking with tight deadlines
l Excellent interpersonal skill and good in time management

HR Policy & Procedure Specialist (Code : HRS-S)
Design, develop and facilitate HR business processes, policies and procedures in accordance with company visions, values and HR strategies

Bachelor Degree in Economics / Psychology
*
Fluent in both written and spoken English
*
Excellent writing skills & min. 3 years experience in the full spectrum fast-paced environment of human resources function, preferably from a global multinational
*
Excellent knowledge of HR Audit & Personnel Administration
*
Strong knowledge in all HR process, policy & procedure including strategic and operational HR function
*
Able to translate strategic HR into real day-to-day value for the foundation
*
Has an eye for detail and ability to liaise with people from all levels
*
Good communication and interpersonal skills
*
Expert in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio, etc
*
Passionate about HR and desire to make an impact on the corporate culture
*
Fast learner, hard worker and able to work under pressure
