Officer Cards Sales (Code: OCS)

Principal Accountabilities :
1. To set and develop Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of Cards Sales Target for Jakarta Region.
2. To achieve or exceed AOP of Cards Sales Target for Jakarta.
3. To develop strategic plans and timeline, to achieve AOP of Jakarta.
4. To secure and ensure CPA is within the approved budget.
5. To maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of its' occurrence.
6. To lead the Sales & Acquisition Team.



Requirements :

* Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree from a reputable local or overseas university.
* Possess at least 2 years of total experience in Managing Team as a leader.
* Background in Sales cards / banking / insurance would be an advantage.
* Must have a good command of Indonesian and English, both verbal and written.
* Must have high level of personal integrity with result orientation.
* Must be fast learner with creative thinking and proactive approach.

Junior Credit Analyst - Cards & Personal Loans (Code: JCA)

Responsibility :

The jobholder is responsible to analyze credit card and personal loan applications and perform documents checking to ensure efficient, quick, consistent and accurate credit process of card and personal loan applications.


Requirements:

* Hold a minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
* Preferably has relevant experience in card or personal loan application process.
* Must have strong analytical skill and be able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner.
* Must have a good command of Indonesian and English, both verbal and written.
* Must have high level of personal integrity with customer service orientation.
* Must be fast learner with creative thinking and proactive approach.

Telesales Assistant Manager - Cards (Code:TAM)

Responsibility :

* To maximize growth of cards business and increase HSBC’s market share in Jakarta and branches outside Jakarta by developing, managing and running telesales channel. The job holder is responsible for daily operation of acquisition new to Bank (NTB) cards in line with the National Sales & Acquisition Program and the Strategic & Operating plan objectives.


Requirements :

* Hold a minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
* Possess a minimum of 3 - 4 year similar role in a telesales or contact centre.
* Must have solid experience in leading a telesales or contact center team, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
* Must be result oriented and able to manage cost within budget.
* Must have a good command of Indonesia and English, both verbal and written.
* Must have high level of personal integrity with customer service orientation.
* Must be fast learner with creative thinking and proactive approach.
