VP Call Center
Requirements :
* Possess more than 5 years experience in senior level at call center / telesales business.
* Must have strong knowledge of incentive programs for Service / Sales environment.
* Must have experience with MI tracking and managing performance metrics at the portfolio level.
* Must have strong knowledge in customer segmentation.
* Not necessary to have banking experience, more important to have retail sales call center experience.
* Must demonstrate service to sales experience i.e. cross-selling multiple products to customer base.
* Must have strong people management and leadership skills.
Officer Sales Cards Product
Principal Accountabilities :
*
To manage Jakarta casual leasing team and location to secure annual target given by Bank.
*
To manage cost and budget which deliver to the Direct Sales Agency channel, and also Third Party Sales Agencies.
*
To monitor competitor movements which may influence team or Direct Sales Agency performance.
Requirements:
* Hold a Bachelor degree from local / overseas university majoring in any related discipline.
* Possess at least 1 year total experience in cards / sales product.
* Having good relation and network with many exhibition EOs, malls, building management will be an advantage.
* Must have strong motivation and good presentation skill.
* Must have high competence in managing large team and high involvement in team work.
* Background in marketing / sales in banking product will be a plus point.
* Must be highly proficient in English both verbal and written.
VP Portfolio Credit
Requirements :
* Possess more than 5 years experience in senior level at lending / underwritting.
* Must have experience in managing large portfolio of loan products.
* Must have strong knowledge in portfolio management, score card lending, collections process and recovery.
* Must have strong project management experience.
* Must have strong people management and leadership skills.
* Must be computer literate.
Credit Pre-Screener (Code: CPS)
Responsibility :
* The job holder's main function is to filter credit card application according to established guidelines.
Requirements :
* Hold a minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
* Preferably having similar experience within banking industry.
* Must have a good communication both in verbal and written English & Indonesian.
* Must be highly motivated and able to work with team.
* Must be detailed oriented with good analytical skill.
* Willing to work under shift arrangement.
