Production Engineer
General Responsibility:
*
Controlling all equipments and variables related to production and all defect causes miss leading production such as Line stop, delay supply material, etc.
*
Support all related job in factory, such as raw material, JIG preparation and Schedule.
*
Prepare analyses for cycle time, product efficiency related to Production capacity.
*
Prepare and maintain monthly and yearly schedule to produce motorcycle in production.
*
Controlling all material and process in every shop such as Welding, Plastic painting, Injection Molding, and Body assy.
*
Well understanding in die casting process.
Requirements:
*
Male.
*
Age maximum 28 years old.
*
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Industrial Technology or Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy.
*
GPA Min 2.8 scale 4.00.
*
Have good experience in automotive company will be considerable, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
*
Familiar with MRP, JIT, BOM.
*
Able to speak and written in English.
*
Good initiative, result and process oriented, self starter, able to work under pressure.
