TRAINING SPECIALIST
Responsibility :
* Handling & conduct Technical & soft skill training for operators
* Develop the proper technical training program & manuals
* Managing Production Certification & Re-certification training for operators
* Maintaining Training & development records
* Handling production Quality & Production Audit
Requirement :
* Having minimum 2 years experience in Training department (as Coordinator is preferable)
* Graduate with university degree in mechanical engineering or social science
* Strong influence & communication skills
* Age between 23- 27yrs old, Fresh graduates applicants is also encouraged to apply.
* Computer Literate
* Excellent in English both oral & write.
