Administration & Insurance Auto Retail

Qualifications :

· Minimum D III from reputable university (any background)
· Minimum 1 year working experience in related field, Auto Consumer Finance / Leasing, preferred
· Computer knowledge is a must (Excel, Word, Power Point)
· English literate, preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with various functions dealers, and customers
· Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high quick pace environment
· Result oriented with strong personal drive
· Possess high level of integrity

Responsibilities :

Administration :

· Receive, check and submit incoming application to Operations Department
· Data entry to Customer master data (detail scheme)
· Follow up application status to Operations Department (Incl. PO, contract, shortages docs etc)
· Receive incoming docs from dealer and other party
· Receive and process payment to dealer and other party
· Prepare fiduciary registration
· Prepare weekly and monthly report
· Traffic officer between Marketing and Operations
· Filling document

Insurance :

· Key in insurance data on system
· Prepare and process refund payment
· Prepare and process premium payment to insurance coy
