REQUIREMENTS :
* Having 5 years working experiences, preferably with 2 years in banking business
* Solid knowledge in recruitment system, selection tools, and sourcing method is a must
* Exposure in conducting and managing assessment center would be an advantage
* Hold minimum Bachelor Degree; majoring in Psychology from reputable university will be an advantage
* Possess strong leadership
* Good interpersonal and people skill
* Excellence in English both written and spoken
