Customer Service Representative - Personal Banking

Responsibility :

The jobholder is responsible to be the first point of contact for Walk-in Customers & provide service assistance in adherence with HSBC policy & procedure.

Requirements :

* Hold Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
* Possess General Banking knowledge.
* Must be proactive and customer service oriented.
* Must have excellent interpersonal skill.
* Must have excellent communication in English, conversant in Mandarin language would be an advantage.
* Willing to work at any HSBC Branches in Jakarta.

Phone Banking Staff

* The jobholder is responsible to receive incoming calls related to inquiries, requests, complaints and banking transactions according to KPI standard performance.
* The jobholder is responsible to provide productive, accurate and efficient service by making sounds decision upon requests or transactions defined within his/her authority.
* The jobholder also needs to be able to grab sales opportunity by providing the complete information on Banking Products for cross-selling or potential customer promptly and professionally.


* Hold a minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
* Possess a minimum of 1 year similar experience in a call centre or phone banking area.
* Good familiarity with banking related transactions process.
* Good verbal and written Indonesian and English.
* High level of personal integrity with customer service orientation.
* Able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner and under relevant business instruction manuals and procedures.
* Fast learner with creative thinking and proactive approach.
* Willing to work under shift arrangement.

Quality Assurance Officer - Risk Portfolio Management


* Jobholder is responsible for overseeing and supporting card application processsing activities to ensure adherence to credit underwriting policy as well as internal & external compliance.


* Hold a minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
* Must have 1 - 3 years relevant experience preferably in banking industry.
* Must have strong analytical skill and detail oriented.
* Able to work with tight deadlines while maintain compliance with the established guidelines.
* Highly motivated and able to work with team.
* Must have good communication skill both in verbal and written English & Indonesian
