Recruitment Assistant (Code: RS)

Job Role :

The incumbent will be responsible to support and end to end recruitment
process: hiring campaign activities, CVs short listing, updating recruitment tool and database, reporting management as well as interlocking with internal and external parties. Furthermore, he/she will manage recruitment & staffing administrative works and perform other HR tasks when needed.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree with solid educational background (min GPA : 3.00). Preferably those from industrial engineering/ management/ psychology background.

2. Good organization/projects background will be advantageous.
3. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Those with working experience up until maximum 1 year will be advantageous.
4. Strong in administration works and detail oriented.
5. Good communication skill with all level of people.
6. Enjoy working in a dynamic pace working environment and good in team work.
7. Good English skill, both written and spoken.


Employment Status: 1-year-contract employment basis.
