CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE STAFF

QUALIFICATION:

* Minimum D3, any discipline
* At least 1 year in customer handling, experience in Telco industry will be an advantage
* Computer literacy & English proficiency
* Willing to be place in Bandung
* Ability to work multitasking

JOB SCOPE:

* Responsible for all customer enquiries
* Provide product and service information
* Sales support
* Handling customer registration

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATION STAFF

QUALIFICATION:

* Minimum D3, any discipline
* At least 2 years in customer handling, experience in Telco industry will be an advantage
* Computer literacy & English proficiency
* Willing to be place in Bandung
* Ability to work multitasking

JOB SCOPE:

* Entry customer data
* Handle customer application verification
* Filing customer document
* Follow up customer enquiries
