1. Asst Production Mgr Outsourcing HPC (Cikarang Factory)

Job description:

* Be the frontline's interphase between Unilever Indonesia and 3rd party operations for daily operational issues
* Ensure compliance and improvement of 3rd party's good manufaturing practises, safety, environmental and legal responsibilities, as in line with Unilever policy.

Qualifications:

* 25 - 30 years of age
* S1 Engineering in Chemical or Mechanical
* Possess good leadership skill as he will be supervising 5 subordinates
* Good interpersonal and communication skill to handle both management and factory worker
* Able to deal with complexities
* Willing to travel
* Able to work ndependently
* Good English, written and verbal
* Active in extracuricular organization as a leader
* Knowledgable in technical/ facilities/ SOP in factory

2. Asst Product Development Mgr Fabric Clean/ HHC (Cikarang Factory)
Job Description

* To assist Product Development Mgr HC in ensuring that all technical aspect of innovation projects in laundry category are delivered on time and in full
* To assist Product Development Mgr HC in supporting implementation of cost saving initiative as well as supporting various operational activities while interfacing with factory

Qualifications:

* 22 - 30 years of age
* S1 Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Pharmacy
* Preferably possess min 1 year experience in R&D area
* Good analytical thinking and creative
* Excellent basic/fundamental knowledge in Engineering/Chemistry/Pharmacy
* Active in extracuricular organization as a leader
* Good project management skill covering planning, monitoring and continuous improvement
* Very good interpersonal, communication and influencing skill
* Good English, written and verbal

3. Assistant SC Finance Manager PC Rungkut

General requirements:

* Max 26 years old
* Min ACCOUNTING S1-degree or other relevant discipline
* Min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
* Excellent in FUNCTIONAL knowledge
* Excellent in both INTERPERSONAL and COMMUNICATION skills
* Fluent in both oral and written ENGLISH
* SELF MOTIVATED, and willing to work hard and under pressure
* PROACTIVE and hard driver to get things done

4. HR Manager

Qualifications

* Min Bachelor degree from reputable university, Master degree in human resources management is an advantage
* Age range: 28 - 35 years of age
* Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
* Min 5 years of working experiences in HR Department, with a minimum of 1 year in management level
* Up-to-date knowledge in HR Management, Manpower Regulations & its practices
* Strong in communication skill, able to interact with various level of people within/outside the organization
* Willing to be placed in Cikarang Factory – Bekasi


5. HR Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

* Min Bachelor degree from reputable university, Master degree in human resources management is an advantage
* Age range: 24 - 28 years of age
* Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
* Having 2 years of working experiences in HR Department, with a minimum of 1 year handling Industrial Relations
* Up-to-date knowledge in HR Management, Manpower Regulations & its practices
* Strong in communication skill, able to interact with various level of people within/outside the organization
* Willing to be placed in Cikarang/ Surabaya Factory
