Consumer & Business Solution Specialist
Job Duties:
* Interpret Consumer/ Business Solution customer requests from the marketing function which has impact on the billing system into technical aspects, to ensure the requests can be accomplished within the CCB Billing department effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
* Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering
* 4-5 years in IT
* Oracle PL/ SQL, Unix
Specialist – Billing (code : SB)
Responsible for interpreting Consumer/Business Solution customer requests from the marketing function which has impact on the billing system into technical aspects, to ensure the requests can be accomplished within the CCB Billing department effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Electrical Engineering or Information System
- 5 years of experience in Telco industry with at least 2 years in Billing operations/process
- Excellent understanding in Oracle PL/SQL and Unix
- Knowledge in Billing System, Network Technology and Project Management
