RECRUITMENT STAFF
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Min. S1 Degree in Psychology (profession degree would be an advantage), GPA ¡Ý 2.75.
* Fresh-graduates are welcome; experience in HRD Field (especially Recruitment) would be an advantage.
* Having basic knowledge of psychotest tools.

* Knowledge of HSE systems & regulations; ISO 9001, 14001, & OHSAS 18001 management system.
* Proactive; good analytical ability, strong interpersonal & presentation skill.
* Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate.
LEGAL & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Min. S1 Degree in Law , with GPA ¡Ý 3.00.
* Min 3 years experience as Personnel and/or Legal Manager in Manufacturing with >5.000 employees.
* Ecperienced in handling industrial/empoyee relation as well as legal matters in company (preferably in manufacturing industry).
* Having strong leadership, strategical & analytical ability.
* Having exceptional interpersonal, negotiation & communication skill.
* Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, able to thrive in fast-paced.
* Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate.
PRODUCT DESIGNER
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Min. S1 Degree in Architecture / Design, GPA ¡Ý 2.75.

* Experience min. 3 years in security field, preferably at supervisory position (in manufacturing/security company).
* Responsible for managing Security System for whole manufacture.

SIX SIGMA SPECIALIST (GREEN BELT)
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Min. S1 Degree in Industrial Engineering, GPA ¡Ý 2.75.
* Green Belt Certified, has experience min 2 years as 6 Sigma Specialist in manufacturing company.
* Having excellent analytical ability, strong communication, & presentation skill.
