Qualifications :

Profession degree in psychology (psychologist) with min GPA 3.00

Female, age between 26 - 30 years old with min 2 years experience in recruitment field

Strong experience as assessor and interviewer, able to conduct assessment and generate psychological report
*
Strong knowledge and familiar with assessment tolls
*
Good communication, interpersonal and management skill
*
Computer literate (Word, Excel)
*
High motivation, dynamic and enthusiastic
*
Ready to work under pressure situation and with tight deadline

HR Organization Development

Qualifications:

*
Bachelor degree graduates from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
*
Age between 27 - 30 years old with min 3 years experience in organization development, preferably from FMCG
*
Strong knowledge and experience in HR system development, including change management, organization restructuring, competency base HRM & performance base reward management
*
Strong analytical skill, preferably experienced in managing business unit
*
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
*
Computer literate (Word, Excel and Power Point)
*
High motivation, dynamic and enthusiastic
* Ready to work under pressure situation

Manufacturing Training Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree graduates majoring in Engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical, chemistry), biology and pharmacy from reputable university with min GPA 3.00

Male, age between 25 - 28 years old with min 2 years experience in FMCG. Preferably candidates with training skill
*
Good communication, presentation (training) and interpersonal skill
*
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
*
High motivation, dynamic and enthusiastic

Ready to work under pressure situation and willing to travel to our factory for conducting training

Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree graduates from reputable university with min GPA 3.00

Male, age between 28 - 35 years old with min 4 years strong experience in HR operational (generalist), preferably from FMCG with many business unit
*
Strong experience in managing multi unit personnel & GA operational activity
*
Demonstrated training & development skill, especially in upgrading competency of manufacturing people
*
Strong knowledge of labour law in Indonesia
*
Good communication and interpersonal skill
*
Good leadership and management skil
*
Computer literate (Word, Excel)
