Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator
This position will report fnctionally to Plant Managers in Pandaan and Kebun Candi
Plants and administratively to CSR Department in Head Office. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure the sustainability of DANONE AQUA activities in East Java, particularly in Pandaan and Kebun Candi and develop sustainable links with local stakeholders (villagers, local government, NGO’s, etc).
The qualifications are :
* Bachelor degree of prominent university from Environment Engineering, Economy, Sociology, Cultural Science, or Agriculture.
* Minimum 5 years working experience in Sustainable development (CSR in private sector, UN agencies, international NGO’s)
* Have proven experience in community/rural development, environment, and competency in participatory management
* Deep undertanding of Water Management as a global issue
* Shows good people skills, strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, matured for his/her age, understand how to approach and deals with communities, local government, NGO’s, and other stakeholders
* Demonstrate ability in project development, design, implementation, and evaluation.
* Demonstrate ability to build cohesive teams and achieve goals through teamwork
* A self driven person and result oriented.
* Good command in English both verbal & written
